1 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 (20 ounce) package chocolate sandwich cookies with creme filling
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Soften ice cream. Crush cookies by placing them in a large zip lock bag
and rolling over them with a rolling pin. Mix softened ice cream and crushed
cookies together. Fold in the whipped topping and pour into one 9x13 inch
glass pan. Freeze for 2 hours then serve. Makes 12 servings.
Beverage: Italian Cream Soda
12 cups carbonated water
1 cup and 2 tablespoons passion fruit flavored syrup
1 cup and 2 tablespoons watermelon flavored syrup
1-1/2 cups half-and-half cream
Fill a tall glass half full with ice. Fill to 2/3 with carbonated
water. Pour in watermelon and passion fruit flavored syrups, then float
the half-and-half cream on top. Stir when ready to drink. Serves 12.
Note: You can also substitute the flavored syrups above with your
favorite ones.
