Prepare
cake according to package directions. I use a bundt pan. Prepare chocolate
pudding according to package directions. Fold in one cup of the Cool Whip.
With serrated knife, cut off the top 2 inches of the cake. Set "lid"
aside. Scoring along the inside and outside walls of the cake, make a
trench by removing the cake leaving a shell. If you accidentally pierce
the walls it will be okay. Crumble the cake into the pudding/Cool Whip
mixture. Fill the trench with the mixture placing the excess in the whole
of the bundt cake. Cover with the lid. Frost with remaining Cool Whip.
Enjoy!
In
3-qt. punch bowl, combine all ingredients. Garnish with lemon slices if
desired. Makes 24 4-ounce servings.
