Banana Split Cake from

1 plus 1/2 recipe of your favorite graham cracker crust
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 8 oz. cartons of whipped topping
2-4 serving size boxes of instant banana pudding, prepared as for pie
chocolate syrup for drizzle
chopped nuts and marachino cherries for garnish
Make crust and press into bottom and half way up sides of a 9x13' pan.
With electric mixer, blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and
one carton of the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Spread prepared
banana pudding over cream cheese mixture. Spread the rest of the whipped
topping over pudding. Drizzle top with a little chocolate syrup, and sprinkle
with nuts. Add marachino cherries. Chill several hours or overnight before
serving.
Beverage: Pastel Punch
two 2 liter bottles 7Up
2 half gallon cartons of sherbert
Place sherbert in punch bowl and add 7Up. Stir until slushy and serve.
Serves a lot.
